Life in Retrospect
(Because life recorded in retrospect has gotta be better than life not recorded at all?)
This is another glorious day out at Whroo (8/4/07). The turnout was quite impressive, meaning you couldn't talk to people on the opposite side of the fire from you cos they were too far away....

(Kids will be kids- and everyone else closes their eyes)

Oh Sez and Pete,
we missed you at whroo today.
We got out there at a bit after 11am and NO ONE was there, and little bits of water were dropping from the sky, and it was FREEZING. Then the kids convinced me to stay and they made a fire. Then the sky cleared up. Then the teen challenge bus rocked up, then GRADUALLY people began to arrive, and it turned into a merry gathering. We didnt come home til after 6pm and the day was magical with not a care in the world except will there be enough toilet paper for everyone to use in the drop toilet?
Except we missed you.

Oh I love it how Tat people are going out to whroo and enjoying its lovliness. When I was growing up I used to think how come no one comes out here cant they see how gorgous this place is?
